Operator Workflow

  1. Build or update subsystem.
  2. Validate operational state.
  3. Lock the artifacts.
  4. Generate archive package.
  5. Run Publish Repository.
  6. Use the published WordPress URL as future bootstrap context.

Repository Purpose

The repository replaces ZIP-first ingestion with URL-first operational ingestion. ZIP files remain important as archival and disaster-recovery packages, but the live Knowledge Base becomes the preferred bootstrap source.
