Design a safe way for ChatGPT/Make/other AI tools to receive operational context after Operator Console is locked down. Options include token-gated read-only endpoints, Make-mediated context fetches, export packages, or limited AI context snapshots.

Acceptance Criteria

A documented model exists for AI context access that does not require exposing wickedspooky.org/operator publicly.
