Move AI Workspace out of internal Operator Console navigation and publish it as a standalone protected application under wickedspooky.ai/ai-workspace/.

Acceptance Criteria

wickedspooky.ai/ai-workspace is routed separately; operator nav no longer exposes AI Workspace; OAuth scaffold exists; no secrets are exposed.

Notes

Internal operations stay on wickedspooky.org/operator. Content Engine application lives under public brand with login protection.
